Too often they have failed to show the beauty of love, the beauty of Christ, the Holiness of God, and the world has turned away.
Is there no way to make the world look again -this time at true Christianity. Most Christians continue to stand with arms folded presenting to men and women, a tarnished image of God- a shattered body of Christ

Why we are called to be A Shepherd?
Do you know where you are going? Do you have not just the vision, but the true Truth of His call and Way? We have to know where the well is before leading others to it! Christ and His precepts are the well, and we follow the path by example, nurture and service with faith, fruit, character and maturity so others can partake of His wonders. We have to know, and to do this, we have to grow. If we are not growing in the faith, we are useless and unable to lead or equip others. We will lord over by pride, teach falsely or sloppily and lead others astray; we will dishonor our Lord.

How to Look for the Love of a Lifetime! Part 2
An Overview: Courtship, Friendship, and Dating:
Courtship is a word our society sees as a joke from an era they presume is about oppression and doldrums. This word conjures up fears that we are not in control of the one with whom we settle down, that we will get ourselves into a bad and unloving marriage, while our true love will go to someone else as in the story of "Romeo and Juliet." However, courtship from Biblical times through the Victorian period to the end of WW I, is a model of the best method of finding the right mate. Yes, this goes against our common thinking, but

Two biblical principles must be practiced simultaneously, at each step of the way, if we are to be really Bible-believing Christians. One is the principle of the practice of the purity of the visible church. The other is the principle of an observable love among all true Christians.

Principles of biblical interpretation ought to be determined before developing one's theology, but in practice the reverse is often true. Cultists in particular consistently read their deviant theologies into the biblical text instead of allowing the text to speak for itself. Faith teachers are also guilty of this practice, as I document in my book "Christianity in Crisis".
