Faith must not be just an idea or a plan; it must be a reality. It must be working in you before you can be effectively used by our Lord. Although this study is aimed at pastors and church leaders, any Christian desiring to grow deeper in the faith will find it impacting and convicting because it is from the precepts of Scripture.

We are called to learn and develop faith because this is the most essential and of the utmost importance for every aspect of the Christian life. Without faith, we can do nothing! As Christians, especially those who are responsible for the education and care of others, we are called to build our spiritual formation from the solid foundation of the Bible (Rom. 10:17; Heb. 11:6).
