th' centennial of life celebration (1912-1984)! Those of us who had the pleasure to know him or work in his legacy cannot fathom the thoughts or write down the words of the impact Francis Schaeffer has had. For us, expect for our Lord and Savior, no one has had a deeper, more profound, and lasting impression. Perhaps, no one, has had'deeper' life ministry impact in character, in thought or in 'being' on Conservative and Reformed Evangelicalism. God's Word impacted his words and his wisdom reflected God precepts to his writings that we have to keep us honed and challenged. Those of us here at Into Thy Word, of whom Schaeffer gave inception, being researchers for his ideas and practicum.... All we can say is wow and thank-you! Thank-you to our Lord for giving us such a man to help challenge and hone us. Thank-you for giving us such a great mind that we can set as an example, a character that we can model, a legacy that we can follow and an impact that we can spread. Sometimes we get so zealous for a view, we do all we can to prove our position when in fact, it may be very wrong. 2 Corinthians 4:2 Do not allow anything or anyone to come between you and Christ! Monthly Leadership Article Is He Greater in You and your Church? We must ask ourselves if our deepest desires and pleasures in life are dedicated to please Christ. If you want to grow your church you have to get this imperative fact: Faith is the realization of God's providence and sovereignty. This means that God is in total control, and thus, we can trust our Lord completely. So, do you?

Church Leadership and Prayer Tip of the Week Ideas to consider: (Romans 12:18 ; 14:18 -19; Ephesians 4:3; Hebrews 12:14 ) The number two reason that people leave a church is poor "people skills" of the pastor and/or leadership, because they do not manage the conflicts and gossip! These poor "people skills" will cause the majority of conflicts between that pastor and the people. (Matthew 5:9)
Pray that your Church and Pastor have and
continue to take hold of a growing, consistent walk with Christ with a
devotional and prayer life that is steadfast. Pray that they realize and allow
Christ to work and use them as they grow closer in their faith, spiritual
formation, maturity, and love (Psalm 16:8-11; 73:28; Rom. 8:31; 2 Pet.
1:5-7).
