Do you know who we are and what we do?
When most people are asked
this question, those who use our resources, "Into Thy Word" and "Discipleship
Tools," they assume a large organization is behind us.
Why?
Because we have more and better resources, and better platforms that the big
ministries and Christian business do not have. Thus, they assume we are one of
the big guys. This is humbling and flattering and a cause for concern.
We strive to produce the
very best research and exegesis to make effectual biblical resources for you and
for pastor s all over
the world. And, have them on the best websites, social media and structures
possible. And we do not charge for them! Most do not even strive for this. We
work hard and do our best for God's glory. But, we are not one of the 'big guy'
ministries. There are no big budgets or pockets or organizations behind us. We
are a small mission organization and for over 35 years been striving for
biblical excellence and "true Truth" for God glory.
We need your
financial support and prayers to carry on the ministry!
Will you
prayfully consider partnering with us so pastors and church leaders, and you,
can continue to be equipped, trained and encouraged to glorify Christ with
effective pastoral, Bible study resources, church management resources,
discipleship materials and church planting.

who are not current ministry partners, there is more in-depth information about
our ministry at www.intothyword.org.
Did you know that
more people use "Into Thy Word" resources than anyone else, more than
that big church in OC or the one in Chicago or the big name ministries? You know
their names, and they do good work too. But, our stuff is better? Why? More
biblical , more
carefully researched, better produced, laid out, practical, and unlike the
others, we do not sell it. Because we are a ministry, and we do as we are called
to do. Out stuff is better and it is free, just doesn't have the pretty
packaging or expensive marketing. We need your help, please pray about
partnering with us!

We have to realize that the Fruit of the Spirit is a
"must" endeavor--not a convenience or a mere attitude, nor is it just for
children or something to be ignored. Rather, it is a principle hallmark that
points to God's Holiness and effectual Christian living. It is not something we
are to regulate to the youth departments of the church, thinking we have grown
beyond it as adults. Rather, it is the most important thing a Christian and,
especially a minister of the Word and church leader, is to be doing. It is who
we are to be, growing and maturing as a lifelong journey of our spiritual
formation our faith development and deployment.

Being Loyal to Christ and His
Bride
We got trouble in our churches--a lack of loyalty.
Do you want to be safe and adequate or powerful and used in ministry and life? Really think about this. We do not have to lead the Christian life as a Christian. We can peach merely feel good messages do not instruct or edify.
Most pastors do very little time to build their spiritual life. That is why the cheap messages that tickle our ears and move our emotions are so popular-more popular than the meat of the Word of God. It is why so many of us stopped growing so we stopped teaching. We created congregations who want to be told, we are OK, we want to hear encouragements and feel good stories, and we do not want to be taught the true Truth of Scripture so we can be used to further renew and transform the people in our care by the example and flow the Fruit of the Spirit.
Have Maturity
Maturity is to know that our need is to be in Christ, and not to be to ourselves!

Church
Growth Tip and Prayer of the Week
Ideas to consider: (Romans 12:18; 14:18-19; Ephesians 4:3; Hebrews 12:14)
The leadership must be able to steer the church through rough white
waters! (See our articles on Conflict Resolution, Gossip, and Hypocrisy,
and Matthew 18)
The best way to deal with conflict is to
combat it through love. When people know that you love them and will listen to
them, it is difficult for them to be mad. Love, indeed, covers a multitude of
sins! ( Proverbs 10:12 1 Peter 4:8)
Pray that your Church and Pastor take accountability seriously and each be
protected and have people they are accountable to. Also, that each would
cultivate and pursue healthy relationships (Gal. 6: 1-10; Eph. 5:21).

It is our VISION and call, and commitment to point the
church back onto the path of making disciples. It is our passion and directive
to lead Christians away from our false perceptions and into His
way.
We are here to help equip and encourage you to grow deeper
in your walk with Christ and impact others around you!
